Enterprise (SSO/SCIM, audit export, support SLA) and Wholesale (white-label, telco/MSP redistribution) are quoted. Those are the only two doors without a printed number, and they're organisational, not technical.
Size by peak calls, not headcount.
What counts as a concurrent call? A call with one leg outside your system, active right now. A 40-person office typically peaks at 8 to 16. Desk-to-desk calls never count.
What happens if I grow? Move up a tier. Your extensions, config and data don't change; the licence does. Hiring ten people costs you nothing. Carrying more simultaneous outside calls is the only thing that ever moves your price.
Emergency calls are never gated. Not by tier, not by licence state. That behaviour is hard-coded.
We don't make money on your minutes. Bring your own SIP trunk and pay your carrier directly. The licence is the product.
Why is Intelligence priced like that? It replaces the separate per-seat conversation-intelligence stack you'd otherwise buy on top of a phone system. One system price, transcription bucket included, overage metered and published.
Free means free. Core is not a trial and doesn't expire. It's the full PBX with a 5-call ceiling: enough to run a real small office forever.
Leaving is never paywalled. Config and data export works on every tier — including free, including a lapsed licence. That path is hard-coded to never gate.
